Required skills
As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing new policies, processes and procedures ensuring the highest quality for Andea Group, supporting employees in the USA, Germany, and Poland, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.

What Are We Looking For?
- A minimum of two years of experience, preferably in compliance or risk management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in GDPR compliance would be an asset
