Currently, we are looking for an innovative, skilled, and open-to-new challenges  
Senior Software Engineer to grow portfolio of applications on our cloud-based SaaS platform called Manufacturo (www.manufacturo.com). 

Duties

What you’ll be working on  
 

You won’t be working on your own - each project is assigned its own SCRUM team consisting of senior and junior developers, both frontend and backend, DevOps engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers and software testers.  

Our software is used by companies like Sierrea Space, Relativity Space, Mynaric, and many others… 

 

Our tech stack 

• Our backend consists of several microservices written in .net core running in the Kubernetes cluster hosted in Azure. We use Azure SQL and Azure Blob Storage for data persistency.  

• Our frontend is built in micro-frontend architecture, using the latest Angular. We write our end-to-end and integration tests in Cypress.  

• For testing and deploying our code, we use CI/CD pipelines maintained in Azure DevOps.  

• We also have our own Angular Component Library.  

 

Required skills

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Mastery of C# and .net with proven backend development accomplishments 

  • Expert-level SQL knowledge (crafting efficient queries, performance optimization, indexing strategies, database design) 

  • Deep understanding of Entity Framework or similar ORMs, with a focus on performance excellence 

  • Seasoned experience building elegant RESTful Web APIs that enable flawless communication between microservices 

  • Strong commitment to quality through test automation (crafting comprehensive unit tests, applying testing best practices) 

  • Proficiency with Azure cloud ecosystem and implementing resilient microservices architecture 

  • Dedication to software craftsmanship (SOLID principles, elegant design patterns, clean code practices) 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent field 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written 

 

You will get extra points if you have: 

 

  • Hands-on experience with Angular or comparable modern frontend frameworks 

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline orchestration 

  • Background or interest in Manufacturing Execution Systems

Recruitment process: 

Step 1. You apply for this position online. 

Step 2. After our HR department reviews your application, they schedule a 30-minute telephone conversation to get to know you better. 

Step 3. You are invited for a technical interview that lasts around 1,5 h. 

Step 4. After a positive recommendation from the technical stage, we arrange a 30-minute meeting with the Software Engineering Director. 

Step 5. You are offered the position. 

Step 6. Your first day at Manufacturo.
