We help global manufacturers in automotive, aerospace & defense, packaging, medical devices, and FMCG digitalize and optimize their production processes. We operate from Poland, Germany and the United States, serving clients across four continents.

Duties

      The Role 

 As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities in the DACH market and passing  qualified leads to the Sales Director, who owns the proposal and contract process.

       Your day-to-day will include:

  • Identifying new business contacts in the DACH market through LinkedIn, cold calling, and cold mailing
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads against the ideal customer profile
  • Running initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs
  • Keeping the pipeline up to date in CRM
  • Monitoring the DACH market, tracking competitor activity and spotting new opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing on lead generation campaigns and sales materials
  • Assessing and routing partnership inquiries to the right people in the organization
  • Attending industry trade shows and conferences in the DACH region
  • Preparing sales reports for the Sales Director

 

Required skills

     What we are looking for

 We are looking for someone who wants  develop their career in B2B sales.
  A long CV is not required - what matters is drive, independence, and a willingness to learn.

      Required

  • Fluent German (C1/C2 or native)  this is the working language with DACH clients
  • Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships at different levels
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Kraków office (3 days per week)
  • Willingness to travel for business to the DACH region
  • Self-starter attitude - you can organize your own work without constant supervision
    Nice to have
  • Some experience in B2B sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
  • Interest in industrial manufacturing or enterprise software
  • Conversational English (company’s internal language)

     

    The Team

     

    You will join the Sales & Marketing department, which operates across our offices in Kraków , Berlin and the United States. The team is made up of a Sales Director, Business Development Managers, and Pre-Sales specialists. You will also work closely with the marketing team on a daily basis  together you will plan lead generation campaigns, tailor messaging for the DACH market, and prepare sales materials.

Recruitment Process

Step 1 Online screen with HR (approx. 30 min)

A short conversation to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have about the role.

Step 2 Interview at the office (approx. 1.5 h)

A deeper conversation about your experience, motivation, and approach to sales. We will also walk you through what the day-to-day looks like at Andea.

Step 3  Meeting with the VP of Sales

A final conversation with our VP of Sales. This is a chance for both sides to make sure it is a good fit before we move to an offer.
