Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Issuing sales invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents in accordance with established processes and work procedures.
  • Active participation in the process of circulation of financial documents - including verification of the correctness of documents from the formal and accounting point of view.
  • Preparing reports on crucial KPIs and their analyses for management purposes.
  • Collecting data for tax returns.
  • Conducting payment collection activities.
  • Organizing and handling business travels (domestic and international) - i.e., booking flights, hotels, insurance, and cars, as a backup for Senior Business Travel Specialist.
  • Accounting for domestic and foreign business travels, as a backup for Senior Business Travel Specialist.
  • Supporting or driving key improvements to existing processes and solutions, including automatization of repetitive tasks.
  • Cooperating closely with other departments (Administration, HR, Compliance, Sales and Marketing) and external parties.
Required skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in a finance department (preferably Accounts Receivable)
  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting and tax law related to invoicing process in international environment  
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent planning, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Accuracy and high level of attention to detail in every aspect of work
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Quality-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent social skills; communicative and able to work in a team
