Zgodnie z art. 13 Rozporządzenia UE 2016/679 z 27 kwietnia 2018 roku (zwanym dalej RODO) od dnia 25 maja 2018 roku informujemy, że:

1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Andea Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie przy ulicy Kapelanka 26, KRS 0000926804. Kontakt: +48 12 259 35 20, e-mail rodo@andea.com.
2. Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne dla celów związanych z przeprowadzeniem procesu rekrutacji. Przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest dokonywane na podstawie art. 6 ust 1 pkt. a RODO, zgoda w celu realizacji procesu rekrutacji.
3. Jeżeli wyrazi Pani/Pan na to dobrowolną zgodę zawartą w klauzuli w dokumentach aplikacyjnych, Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane także w celu prowadzenia przyszłych rekrutacji (podstawa prawna: 222 1 kodeksu pracy w zw. z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a Rozporządzenia).
4. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia ich przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo zgłoszenia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. 5. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia obecnego procesu rekrutacyjnego przetwarzane będą przez okres uzależniony od czasu trwania rekrutacji, co do zasady przez okres 3 miesięcy od momentu zakończenia procesu rekrutacyjnego na dane stanowisko.
   Jeżeli wyrazi Pani/Pan zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji, Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane co do zasady przez okres 12 miesięcy. W razie cofnięcia zgody na przyszłe rekrutacje dane te zostaną niezwłocznie usunięte.
   Jeżeli będzie istnieć prawdopodobieństwo, że wystąpi Pani/Pan przeciwko nam z roszczeniami, Pani/Pana dane osobowe w odpowiednim zakresie przetwarzane będą w celu ochrony przed roszczeniami aż do czasu przedawnienia roszczeń, który to termin co do zasady wynosić będzie 3 lata od zakończenia rekrutacji. Termin ten może zostać przedłużony w czasie wszczęcia postępowania sądowego lub przed odpowiednim organem.

By Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as RODO) as of May 25, 2018, we inform you that:

2. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purposes of the recruitment process. The processing of your personal data is carried out based on Article 6(1)(a) of RODO, consent to conduct the recruitment process.
3. If you give your voluntary consent contained in a clause in your application documents, your personal data will also be processed for future recruitment (legal basis: 222 1 of the Labor Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
4. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit their processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal. 5. Your personal data processed for the purpose of the current recruitment process will be processed for a period, depending on the duration of the recruitment, generally for a period of 3 months from the completion of the recruitment process for a given position.

   If you consent to process your personal data for future recruitment, your personal data will be processed for 12 months, as a rule. If you withdraw your consent for future recruitment, your data will be deleted immediately.

   If there is a likelihood that you will file a claim against us, your personal data will be processed to the appropriate extent for the purpose of protecting you against claims until the statute of limitations for claims, which as a rule will be 3 years from the end of the recruitment. This period may be extended during the initiation of legal proceedings or before the relevant authority.
